Thank you for choosing RozyPickles – where every jar is made in small batches, fresh for your family. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders.

1) Order Processing

  • Every pickle jar is prepared fresh and packed once your order is placed.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within up to 72 hours (3 working days) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing on the next working day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is placed, and another update when it ships.

2) Shipping Timelines

  • Delivery across India: 7–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Mumbai & nearby areas: Often delivered faster, depending on courier service.
  • Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or unavoidable courier delays.

3) Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size.
  • Free shipping offers may apply during promotions or on orders above a certain value (shown at checkout).

4) Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after courier pickup.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing the order.
  • RozyPickles is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us, it can be reshipped once additional postage is paid.

6) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos (if damaged).
  • We’ll coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

7) Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Sometimes delays happen due to:
    • Courier issues, strikes, weather, or high-demand festive seasons.
  • We’ll keep you updated and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

8) Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
