At RozyPickles, every jar is handmade in small batches, prepared fresh only after you place an order. Because our pickles are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

1. No Returns

Once an order has been shipped and delivered, it cannot be returned due to the nature of our products (perishable, food-grade items).

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

  • Taste preference
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delayed courier delivery beyond our control

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

4. Why This Policy?

Since our pickles are prepared fresh, without preservatives, and meant for immediate consumption, returns are not feasible. This ensures that every customer always receives fresh and safe products.
